STUDIO POLICIES

* 24 hour cancellation notice is required for all Group Reformer, Reformer Classes, Chair classes, Private Classes and Semi-Private sessions; less than 24 hours notice and the client will forfeit that session.

* All Reformer/Chair packages have an 8 week expiry. All early cancelled classes may be rescheduled within the 8 week period provided the client has not used up all of their purchased sessions. Clients who complete their package before the end of the 8 week period may purchase another package at any time.

* If you plan to go out of town and this conflicts with the expiration/ usage of your package, please contact The Pilates Group in advance. We will do our best to make arrangements for you.

* Clients who are a “NO SHOW” in any of their first four privates will be charged the full amount ($70 + tax for a private and $40 + tax for a semi private session.)

* All Mat Classes are non-refundable 36 hours prior to the starting date. All missed mat classes must be made up within that mat series provided there is space in the classes.

* We accept payment in cash, credit card (VISA or Mastercard) or cheque. Please make cheques payable to The Pilates Group INC.
